What are we looking for? 

 

Welltech Ventures is looking for an administrative assistant.

The position includes working closely with the co-founders, helping with day-to-day tasks, scheduling meetings, posting on digital media, designing website on Wix, designing marketing materials and newsletters, and more….

The successful candidate must be collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks depending on current needs.

 

Responsibilities and requirements: 

 

  • 50% position(flexible) – 5 days a week (part-time).

  • Excellent English, mother tongue preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written & spoken communication skills in both English & Hebrew.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Superior attention to detail.

  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and work individually or as part of a team.

  • Work experience with Microsoft office, excel, and powerpoint.

  • Work experience with Zoom.

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.

  • Coordinate recurring meetings, summarize, and follow up on open tasks.

  • A touch of design.

  • “Can do” attitude.
