MEET THE FOUNDERS

Galit has extensive experience in investing in and vetting wellness technology startups. Her background includes international M&A and business development working with companies and start-ups in various fields including: technology, financial companies and consulting firms. She has acquired her experience in Israel, New York and London. Previously, Galit was business development partner at SZ Financial Consulting where she assisted companies in all stages of capital raising and in business strategy. Prior to joining SZ, Galit worked at BDO Consulting Firm in the international M&A department where she carried through M&A’s in Israel, India and China. Before that, she held positions at Peilim portfolio management and at Gilat Satcom. Galit holds an MBA in finance from Hebrew University and a BA in psychology from Bar-Ilan University. In addition, she studied French in the Sorbonne University in Paris. Galit is American and is originally from New York.

Amir is a wellness expert with vast business and wellness experience.

Amir is the Co-founder of Welltech Ventures and the Co-chair of the Global Wellness Summit in Israel. He is also the Chair of the Wellness Innovation Initiative as part of the Global Wellness Institute and the representative of the Global Wellness Day in Israel.

He was founder, CEO and Chairman of Cloud 9 Wellness Clubs, the first exclusive professional personal training clubs in Israel. He built Cloud 9 on the groundwork of the American Fitness Together franchise which he acquired and later renamed Cloud 9.

In addition, Amir was the COO of Arizen Real-Estate Development, a company specializing in real-estate development.

Prior to that, he served as COO of A.Y.R.A.D, a family holding company mainly invested in hi-tech and real-estate.

Amir is also a member of the Advisory board of the Center of Compassionate Mindful Education nonprofit organization in Israel.

Amir holds a M.Sc. with honors in Sports Management from St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida and is certified as a personal trainer and as a Wellness coach.
